Mr. Hemal Shah is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, obtained in 2011. He has over 15 years of professional experience spanning governance oversight, financial planning, compliance, and strategic advisory functions. Over the course of his career, he has been closely involved in strengthening internal governance frameworks, reviewing financial controls, overseeing statutory and internal audit processes, and ensuring adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Mr. Hemal brings an independent perspective to the Board through his exposure to diverse business sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, energy, logistics, and sports and entertainment, through his association with various companies and LLPs. His ability to evaluate risk, assess financial discipline, and provide objective guidance supports the Board in maintaining high standards of corporate governance, transparency, and ethical conduct. As an Independent Director, he contributes to balanced decision-making and long-term value creation, while upholding the interests of all stakeholders.
Ms. Paula Pankaj Shah is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She holds a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University, obtained in 2007, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2010. She has over 13 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business advisory, financial oversight, and governance-related functions.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Paula has been actively involved in evaluating and advising on growth strategies, reviewing and approving business and financial plans, and overseeing financial discipline and compliance with applicable legal and statutory frameworks. Her expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and internal control systems enables her to provide independent and objective oversight on matters relating to financial governance and risk management.
Through her associations with various companies and LLPs across technology, consulting, and commercial sectors, Ms. Shah brings a broad-based perspective to the Board. As an Independent Director, she contributes to strengthening corporate governance practices, enhancing transparency, and supporting informed decision-making, thereby safeguarding stakeholder interests and promoting sustainable long-term value creation for the Company.
Mr. Sahil Ramesh Bazari is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Nirma University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2009, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA Member). He has over 25 years of professional experience in managing business operations and providing strategic leadership across finance, operations, marketing, and business expansion.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Sahil has been closely involved in formulating and reviewing operational and business strategies, strengthening financial discipline, and supporting management teams in driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His multidisciplinary exposure enables him to assess business performance holistically and contribute to informed strategic decision-making.
Through his associations with entities operating in trading, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors, Mr. Bazari brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to the Board. As an Independent Director, he contributes to enhancing governance standards, ensuring balanced oversight, and safeguarding stakeholder interests, thereby supporting the Company’s long-term strategic objectives and sustainable value creation.
Ms. Kinjal Jain is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Anand Seamless Limited and brings over 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, regulatory compliance, and governance matters. She has extensive hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable corporate and securities laws. She is also a law graduate, having completed her LLB in 2019 from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, which strengthens her legal and compliance expertise.
In her role as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Jain plays a pivotal role in upholding high standards of corporate governance and ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements governing the Company’s operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing board and committee processes, ensuring timely disclosures and filings with regulatory authorities, advising the Board and senior management on governance and compliance matters, and strengthening internal compliance frameworks. Through her proactive approach, she supports transparent operations, effective risk management, and regulatory integrity within the Company.
Mr. Jitendra Donga is the Chief Financial Officer of Anand Seamless Limited and brings over 16 years of extensive experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial control. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), completed in 2016 from the National Institute of Business Management, and has also acquired an Advanced Diploma in HR Generalist Functions, enabling him to contribute effectively across finance and people management functions.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Donga plays a pivotal role in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance management of the Company. He is actively involved in developing and implementing robust financial strategies, strengthening internal financial controls and supporting business growth initiatives. His leadership ensures prudent financial management, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
Mr. Bharat Patel serves as the General Manager – Sales & Marketing at Anand Seamless Limited, bringing over two decades of specialized experience in PSU, EPC, and tender-driven sales of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Tubes, Pipes, and Finned Tubes. With deep expertise in government vendor registrations, approvals, techno-commercial evaluations, and tender submissions, he leads ASL’s strategic engagement with major PSUs such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, BHEL, CPCL, RINL, and several shipyards and state electricity boards. His role focuses on driving business through structured bidding, consultant coordination, vendor onboarding, and securing high-value government and institutional projects across India.
Mr. Patel is widely recognized for his strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and global oil & gas companies, as well as his ability to manage complex technical discussions, competition tracking, and customer satisfaction. Prior to returning to ASL, he held senior commercial and sales leadership positions with leading tube and pipe manufacturers across India and the Gulf region, successfully expanding market reach in both domestic and MENA markets. His in-depth domain knowledge, tender management expertise, and long-standing PSU exposure make him a key pillar in ASL’s growth within the government and project-driven segment.<.p>
Mr. Dayalal Trivedi serves as the General Manager – Sales & Marketing at Anand Seamless Limited, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, channel management, distribution, and nationwide sales leadership. An MBA in Marketing, he has built a strong track record across PAN-India markets, leading large sales teams, developing high-performing dealer networks, and driving both project and channel-based revenue growth. At ASL, he is responsible for managing the entire private sector business portfolio, overseeing national sales operations, strengthening dealer and end-user engagement, and expanding ASL’s market reach through digital, direct, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
With extensive experience across industrial, institutional, and OEM sales, Mr. Trivedi is known for his strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and results-oriented leadership. Prior to joining ASL, he held key sales leadership roles at Leader Valves Ltd., Zoloto Industries, Al-Can Exports, and FMCG brands, consistently achieving growth targets through effective channel expansion, market penetration, and team mentoring. His deep understanding of India’s industrial markets, combined with hands-on expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and customer relationship management, positions him as a driving force behind ASL’s commercial growth and nationwide sales performance.<.p>
Mr. Yagnesh Patel serves as the Plant Head at Anand Seamless Limited, bringing over 18 years of deep expertise in manufacturing Carbon, Alloy, and Stainless Steel seamless and welded tubes & pipes. A certified Manufacturing Leadership and Lean Management professional, he has been instrumental in leading plant operations, driving process excellence, and ensuring robust quality systems at ASL since 2014. His strong command over production planning, quality assurance, ISO/IMS implementation, and large-scale project execution has significantly strengthened the company’s operational capabilities.
Known for his structured leadership style and performance-driven approach, Mr. Patel has successfully built high-performing teams, optimized plant efficiencies, and enhanced customer satisfaction through stringent quality controls and continuous improvement initiatives. His hands-on experience across QA/QC, NDT, 5S, cost management, and end-to-end plant management positions him as a key pillar in ASL’s manufacturing excellence and long-term growth.<.p>

Since taking charge in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in transforming ASL into a high-performance, technology-driven organization. As a Production and Operations Head, the company has achieved significant milestones in the last five years. With strong expertise in engineering, production, and corporate governance, he continues to drive ASL’s long-term strategy, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable expansion.
Before joining ASL, Mr. Kedar held key leadership roles across group companies, including Anand Tubes Pvt. Ltd. and Kedar Corporation, where he strengthened manufacturing, trading, and supply-chain operations. Armed with an MBA and degrees in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering, he brings a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen to the Board. His focus on formulating production and operational strategies, technology adoption, quality improvement, and team development continues to position ASL as a trusted and forward-looking organization in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
Mrs. Heta Choksi is the Whole Time Director and Chief Administration Officer of Anand Seamless Limited, where she leads key strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to the company’s long-term growth. With a strong foundation in administrative leadership, business management, and organizational development, she works closely with senior leadership to strengthen systems, enhance efficiency, and build a culture focused on performance and continuous improvement.
Before taking on the role of Director, she served as an Admin Head at ASL, where she successfully streamlined day-to-day administrative operations, elevated Human Resources and facility management standards, and played a pivotal role in ensuring implementation of internal policies & strengthening team productivity. With over four years of leadership experience supported by her academic background in business administration and financial planning, Mrs. Heta Choksi continues to drive ASL’s vision with clarity, discipline, and strategic foresight.
Mr. Mayank Choksi is the Whole time Director and Business Development Head of ASL and a veteran leader in the engineering and manufacturing sector with a distinguished career spanning more than two decades. Since beginning his entrepreneurial journey, he has successfully established and guided multiple ventures across finned tubes, machined components, fasteners, and piping systems. His strategic foresight and deep technical understanding have been instrumental in shaping Anand Seamless Limited into a professionally managed, technology-driven manufacturer of seamless tubes and finned tube solutions. A strong believer in operational excellence and disciplined execution, he has been central to the company’s growth, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities, supply chain resilience, and commitment to quality.
Beyond ASL, Mr. Mayank Choksi serves on the boards of other entities, contributing to the broader expansion of the organization’s industrial footprint. With academic qualifications in Commerce and Law, he brings a balanced leadership approach that integrates business acumen, regulatory knowledge, and long-term value creation.
