Company History
Since its inception in 2005, Anand Seamless Ltd. (ASL) has grown from a pilot project at ZAIC–GIDC, Gujarat, into one of India’s most trusted manufacturers of seamless tubes, finned tubes, and heat exchanger solutions. Through continuous innovation, technological upgrades, and a strong customer-centric vision, ASL has built a legacy of quality and reliability.
Our Journey of Growth & Innovation
ASL began with a pilot project in 2005 and, by 2008, established a modern manufacturing facility in Chhatral. This enabled large-scale production of Cold Drawn Carbon & Alloy Steel Seamless Tubes, Heat Exchanger Tubes, and U Tubes.
The company strengthened its quality credentials with IBR certification (2009), EIL approval (2011), and ADNOC accreditation (2014), opening doors to major domestic and global projects.
ASL commissioned its first Extruded Finning Machine in 2016 and later added LG Finning and Studded Finning capabilities. The company also invested in solar power and professional transformation initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and growth.
A major milestone came in 2019 with the installation of India’s first Laser Welding Finning Machine. In 2021, ASL implemented a full ERP system to streamline and integrate operations.
As part of strategic restructuring, ASL became a Public Limited Company, marking a new phase of corporate strength and governance.
The company upgraded automation with a new Auto Cut-Off Machine in 2024. In 2025, ASL commissioned a new plant at Changodar and installed a High-Frequency Welded Fin Machine, significantly increasing production capacity and efficiency.
Recognition as “One Export House” by Government of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industries and Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
ASL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, accorded IBR “Well Known Maker” status for Tubes and Pipes, approved by EIL, and recognized as a One Star Export House. We serve leading PSUs such as HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, and BHEL, major private companies like Tata Projects, and renowned global clients, including ADNOC. With a strong technological base and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, ASL continues to strengthen its position as a preferred partner in the seamless tube and heat exchanger industry worldwide.
